"Adventures of Superman" actress, Noel Neill has announced that she has had to cancel her appearance as the Special Celebrity Guest at the 2011 Wild West Festival in Tucson, Arizona.

Noel's good friend and personal biographer Larry Ward tells us that Neill lost an upper front tooth while dining at her home late Thursday. She feels fine, but she is not exactly looking her best, as you might imagine.

Noel is disappointed that she cannot attend the show but hopes things will improve for her in the coming days and weeks ahead.
