April 19, 2016: Six Flags Great America Announces "Superhero Cape-A-Palooza"

"Six Flags Great America" will officially kick off their 2016 season this weekend and to celebrate are inviting attendees to purchase a superhero cape at the front of the park during their "Superhero Cape-A-Palooza" event.
For each $15.00 DC Comics character cape purchased, the park will also donate a cape to a child at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, IL. Be a hero by making a super donation that will help lift the spirit of a child in need.
After your friends and family are decked out in capes, enjoy an incredible day taking on your favorite superhero themed rides! Fly through Gotham on "Batman: The Ride" or fly like the man of steel on "Superman: Ultimate Flight".
