January 17, 2015: Henry Cavill Describes "Batman v Superman" as Cinematic History

In an interview at a recent BAFTA LA (British Academy of Film and Television Arts - Los Angeles) event, actor Henry Cavill talked about his role as Superman/Clark Kent in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" and touched on what moviegoers should expect from the movie.

"It's Zack Snyder, so it's going to be a visual spectical and it's cinematic history," stated Cavill. "We're doing Batman and we're doing Superman, and it's all happening at the same time. So, fingers crossed it turns out to be as exciting as I think it is."

When asked about the criticism Ben Affleck received after being cast as Batman/Bruce Wayne, Cavill had nothing but praise for his co-star.

"Right. We're talking about Ben Affleck here. I don't need to give him any advice. The guy's a legend. He does his own thing! He's great. He's fantastic."
