Hang on tight to your "Kryptonite"! The adventure begins as riders approach the Superman Tower of Power launch pad. Riders are secured into their launch vehicles by over the shoulder restraints in vibrant Superman yellow. With nothing beneath their feet but sky, Guests are positioned with their backs to three massive steel towers as they prepare to leap tall buildings in a single bound. With a rapid vertical ascent that's faster than a speeding bullet, riders reach for the stars at heart-pounding speeds. Just when you think you're going to shoot straight through the atmosphere, the launch vehicle locks into position. After pausing for what seems like an eternity, the ride then blasts passengers downward before a final bounce back to earth.
Speaking of stars, the skies of Texas will light up like never before when Superman Tower of Power illuminates the nighttime skyline. Superman Tower of Power will be visible from miles and miles away and riders will experience a completely different ride with a spectacular view of the North Texas sky as it twinkles with millions of lights.
