McFarlane Toys Announces DC's Dark Nights: Death Metal Multiverse Line
McFarlane Toys has announced the next wave in its DC Multiverse Build-A-Figure action figure line which will feature characters from the Dark Nights: Death Metal comic book crossover event by Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo.
Founder Todd McFarlane took to Facebook and Twitter to showcase the figures which feature designs inspired by Capullo's artwork and include Wonder Woman with her Lasso of Truth-powered chainsaw, the demonic Robin King, a leather trenchcoat-wearing Batman, and an Anti-Life Equation infected Superman.
Each figure also includes pieces to build Darkfather; a version of Bruce Wayne who defeated the New God Darkseid,absorbed his powers, and imprisoned Superman whom he utilized power a now dead sun which housed New Apokolips.
The Dark Nights: Death Metal DC Multiverse wave of figures are scheduled to go on sale in Spring, 2021.
