Helen Slater Attending Final Girl Fest: Austin

Actress Helen Slater will be appearing at the Final Girl Fest: Austin convention which takes place June 30th - July 2nd at the Palmer Events Center in Austin, Texas.
Slater is best known for her starring role as Superman's Kryptonian cousin Supergirl in TriStar Pictures's 1984 film of the same name.
In the following years, she starred in several successful comedy-drama films such as "The Legend of Billie Jean," "Ruthless People," "The Secret of My Success," and "City Slickers." She additionally found work as an actress in television, and stage projects, including guest appearances on the television series "Smallville" as Clark Kent's Kryptonian mother Lara.
In 2015, Slater again returned to the DC Comics universe as Kara Danver's adoptive mother Eliza Danvers on the hit CW television series "Supergirl".
Slater will be in attendance at the Final Girl Fest: Austin convention on Saturday, July 1st and Sunday, July 2nd to meet fans, sign autographs, and pose for photos.
