First Look: McFarlane Toys Superman "Zero Hour" Page Punchers Figure

McFarlane Toys has shared a first look at its upcoming Superman "Zero Hour" Page Punchers action figure, inspired by the Man of Steel's appearance in the 1994 DC Comics crossover "Zero Hour: Crisis in Time!".
The new figure brings to life Superman's appearance from the five-issue limited series created by Dan Jurgens and Jerry Ordway. In the storyline, Hal Jordan - once Green Lantern - loses control after the destruction of Coast City during "Reign of the Supermen!" and takes on the role of Parallax, threatening to unravel and rebuild the DC Universe. The event stood out for its unusual reverse numbering, starting at issue #4 and concluding with issue #0, and touched nearly every DC monthly series published at the time.
The Superman "Zero Hour" Page Punchers release also includes a reprint of "Zero Hour: Crisis in Time!" #4, giving collectors both a figure and a piece of comic book history in one package. The figure is set for release on Tuesday, September 30th and will be available for purchase from Entertainment Earth and Amazon.
