Christopher Reeve's Superman Featured on New Warner Bros. Studio Marquee

Warner Bros. has unveiled a new marquee ahead of the July 26th reopening of the Hollywood Studio Tour featuring various characters from the DC Comics and Harry Potter film franchises.

Among those featured is the late-actor Christopher Reeve in his iconic role as Superman which he portrayed in four films from 1978 through 1987. Pictured alongside Reeve is Michael Keaton as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, and Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn.

It has been reported that some fans are upset that the marquee does not feature Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck in their respective roles as Superman and Batman. However, the studio most likely made the decision to feature Reeve and Keaton as they were the first actors to portray the iconic superheroes on the big screen.

The studio tour has been closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic but will reopen with a new Storytelling Showcase highlighting nearly 100 years of Warner Bros. history. An all-new grand finale has also been added which promises to delight fans of the DC Universe and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts with recreated sets, authentic props, costumes and memorable photo ops.
