Actress Tayler Buck Promoted to Season 2 Regular in "Superman & Lois"

The CW has promoted actress Tayler Buck to a series regular for the second season of "Superman & Lois" in her role as Natalie Irons.

According to TVLine, the techno-savvy daughter of John Henry Irons will be featured prominently in the forthcoming episodes of season two following her surprising arrival in a space pod in the cliff-hanger ending of the season one finale.

Buck's promotion to a series regular follows the recent news that actress Sofia Hasmik, who plays Smallville Gazette reporter Chrissy Beppo, will also be featured as a series regular in season two.

It goes without saying but Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch are reprising their titular characters, as they continue to "deal with all of the stress, pressures, and complexities that come with being working parents to two super-powered sons, post-Crisis retconned twins Jonathan and Jordan, in today's society".

While no official season two premiere date has been announced, "Superman & Lois" is expected to premiere on The CW in the first quarter of 2022.
