Zack Snyder Reveals Superman's Black Suit in New "Justice League: The Snyder Cut" Clip

During the recent JusticeCon panel, "Spotlight on Zack Snyder", the director revealed a new never-before-seen clip from his highly anticipated cut of "Justice League".

The brief clip features a scene not included in the original theatrical release of the film in which Alfred Pennyworth (Jeremy Irons) is shown working on a car at Wayne Manor when a recently resurrected and black-suited Superman (Henry Cavill) interupts him stating, "I'm assuming you're Alfred".

In addition to featuring the black "resurrection" suit, the scene also highlights one of Snyder's major focuses of the new cut which is to restore the film's intended 1:4:3 aspect ratio. During the panel, the director explained that many important spects of certain scenes were cut out of frame in the theatrical release of "Justice League" due to cropping.

Snyder went on to state that he is trying to secure the name "Zack Snyder's Justice League" for the film - which may not be possible due to legal reasons - and that he will only be using scenes in the new cut that he shot before having to leave the film in 2017 due to a family emergency..

"There will be no chance on earth that I will use a shot prior or after I left the movie," said Snyder. "I would destroy the movie, I would set it on fire before I would use a single frame that I did not photograph. That is a f-ing hard fact."

"Justice League: The Snyder Cut" is expected to release on HBO Max in early 2021. Check out the new clip below:
