November 10, 2016: Tyler Hoechlin NOT Returning as Cyborg Superman

Rumors that actor Tyler Hoechlin would be returning to "Supergirl" in the role of Cyborg Superman have been officially debunked.
In a recent interview with TV Line about the character's upcoming appearance on the CW series, executive producer Andrew Kreisberg stated, "Cyborg Superman is not [being played by] Tyler Hoechlin."
"We'd love to have him back, but right now, we're still trying to figure out what we're going to do for the rest of the season," added Kreisberg. "We loved working with him, he's amazing in the part and we'd be lucky to get him back."
As of this writing, the actor chosen to portray the role of Cyborg Superman has yet to be announced.
