October 30, 2014: DC Comics Partners with Puzzle & Dragons RPG
"Puzzle & Dragons" publisher GungHo Online have announced a partnership with DC Comics which will bring various superheroes and villains from the companies extensive roster to the popular RPG/puzzle mobile game for a special event this November.
The event, which is strictly for North American fans will mean characters such as Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Lex Luthor, the Joker and Doomsday will be making an appearance in special dungeons during the event.
Puzzle & Dragons is a puzzle video game with elements of RPGs and strategy games and is extremely popular in Japan where the title is often shortened to Pazudora.
For now, other than the vague window of November, neither a specific timeline for the DC Comics event or how long it will last has been announced.
Puzzle & Dragons is free to play for iOS, Android and Fire devices.
