October 28, 2014: Henry Cavill Defends Detroit - Horror Stories Untrue
In a recent interview with Henry Cavill News, "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" star Henry Cavill talked about working on the highly anticipated film in and around Detroit and how the horror stories of the area are completely untrue.
"There are so many horror stories about Detroit, and Michigan, and none of them are true," stated Cavill. "I met some really wonderful people that have become true, close friends. Downtown Detroit is a bit worn, certainly, but the suburbs there are fantastic."
Production crews are expected to wrap up filming in the state of Michigan this week before moving on to such areas as Chicago, Illinois and the desert region of Deming, New Mexico.
"Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" is scheduled to hit theaters on March 25, 2016.
