September 4, 2014: Filming of "Batman v. Superman" Moving to Nighttime Schedule

Posted by Neil Cole

As production work on "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" continues to be in full swing in Detroit, MI, word is now coming from the Motor City indicating that crews will soon move to a nighttime filming schedule.

According to a report from The Daily SuperHero, one of their production sources has stated that "filming locations in the Detroit area will take place at night in the month of September" and that "Batman might make an appearance during one (or more) of these late night shoots."

If you're in the Detroit area and want to be that first person who captures Affleck as Batman, these next few weeks might be your best chance at landing that highly anticipated set photo. Unfortunately no further details, or location info, was provided so this is more of a potential lead for filming shoots this month than an actual scoop.

Stay tuned to the Superman Super Site for any further updates on this story and possible set photos of Ben Affleck as the Dark Knight or the newly designed Batmobile.

"Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" is scheduled to hit theaters on March 25, 2016.
