The Noblesville, Indiana Parks and Recreation Department will host an outdoor screening of "Man of Steel" on Saturday, September 6th beginning at dusk.
The feature is based on the DC Comics character Superman. In the film, a young boy learns that he has extraordinary powers and is not of this Earth. As a young man, he journeys to discover where he came from and what he was sent to earth to do, but the hero in him must emerge if he is to save the world from annihilation and become the symbol of hope for all mankind.
"Man of Steel" runs 143 minutes and is rated PG-13. The screening is free and families are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs and picnic dinners. Concessions will be available on site.
