Warner Bros. Animation has officially announced the latest addition of titles to the DC Universe Animated Original Movie series including "Justice League Dark," "Teen Titans: The Judas Contract," and a Batman and Harley Quinn film featuring an original storyline.
A "Justice League Dark" animated film was originally announced as being in development back in June and now WB Animation has confirmed that the title will be the next film to be released while also confirming that such characters as Swamp Thing and John Constantine will be part of the film's cast.
Next up will be "Teen Titans: The Judas Contract", an animated adaptation of Marv Wolfman and George Perez's original story which was first in development way back in 2006 before ultimately being cancelled. The film will be the next chapter in the storyline established in the recently released "Justice League vs. Teen Titans".
Lastly, an original story by Bruce Timm featuring the characters of Batman and Harley Quinn will be released in the Summer of 2017. No other details about this release were provided.
WB Animation's next title, "Batman: The Killing Joke" made its premiere at San Diego Comic-Con yesterday and is scheduled to release on Blu-ray and DVD on August 2nd, 2016.
