April 24, 2016: "Superman IV" Screen Worn Tunic Available at Auction

Uk-based auctionhouse, Ewbank's are offering a screen-worn tunic from "Superman IV: The Quest for Peace" as part of their upcoming Entertainment & Memorabilia auction.

The tunic was worn by the late Christopher Reeve in the 1987 film during flying sequences and is made from a pale blue stretch fabric featuring the iconic Superman logo emblazoned across the chest.

Also featured is a zippered back and four stud fasteners on the shoulders to attach the cape (not included). A label on the inside states, "Bermans & Nathans, 40 Camden St, London NW1, Christopher Reeve, 4913, Flying Superman IV".

The Entertainment & Memorabilia auction takes place on May 12th, 2016 with the "Superman: IV" tunic estimated to sell between £1,000 - £1,500.
