The Gilbert, Arizona Department of Parks & Recreation will hold a costumed family-friendly Superhero Adventure Run beginning at 8:15AM on April 28, 2012 at Ballfield 3 (Adult Softball) in the Freestone Park.

Participants are encouraged to dress as their favorite superheros and run in the one mile "Wolverine" Adventure run or the 2.4 mile "Superman" adventure run.

After completing the course, runners can visit "Gotham City" until noon which will have participant awards, a game truck, a live DJ, finish line refreshments, inflatable activities and the "Flash" Dash Run.

Registration is $15 per runner and open to ages 5 Yrs. to 99 Yrs.
